SERVA HPE™ IPG strip buffer is a 40% (w/v) SERVALYT™™ mixture (pH 3–10) supplied in 1 ml format for IPG strip rehydration and sample preparation in two-dimensional electrophoresis.
The buffer is suitable for use with all IPG strip pH gradients, supporting flexible application in 2D electrophoresis workflows.
Due to the low molecular weight of the SERVALYT™™ buffer components, no background staining is observed in 2D gels.
