Odyssey Tris-MOPS SDS Running Buffer Powder is formulated for running Odyssey Mini Gels and similar bis-tris gels. This buffer is ideal for separating mid-sized to large proteins.
For separation of small- to mid-sized proteins, we recommend using Odyssey MES SDS Running Buffer Powder instead.
Each box includes 5 individual packs of powder. Reconstitute each pack with 1000 ml deionized water to make 1X running buffer. Do not use acid or base to adjust the pH.
