Glycine is a component of Tris-Glycine (cat. no. 42530) and Tris-Glycine-SDS Running Buffers (cat. no. 42529) for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis as well as Towbin Buffer for Western blots (cat. no. 42558). Tested for use in electrode buffers for PAGE and in transfer buffers for Western blots.
